Hepatitis c and liver flushes

I've got a friend who was just diagnosed with hepatitis c. She is in the medical profession and accidentally stuck herself with a dirty needle from a patient so she was tested and has found out early. I know next to nothing about this disease. Does anyone know if the Liver Flushes help? She said that it attacks the liver. I have loaned her my Cure for all Diseases book but I couldn't find anything in there specifically for this. Any suggestions from anyone for treatment?

I've sent her to this web site but I see she hasn't posted yet. Or at least I didn't see any posts from her. Please be kind to her if she shows up. I guess she has been given a hard time about having this disease already.
