I suffered from Depression as well. I did not like being chained to the medications, and completely threw all of them out. According to doctors, i was clinically depressed and borderline bipolar. Even though the doctors say you can not come off of them that way, I did not care.

I stopped all medication, started a fasting protocol, started eating healthier and getting light to moderate exercise EVERY day. When my weight came off, and my mind was clear, the Depression went away.

I truly believe Depression is caused by our lifestyle. Once we rid our self of the toxicity of life. Our brain has the ability to function properly, and we no longer need medications.

I of course am no doctor, and you have to do whats right for you, but if you are true to yourself, and are seriously changing your eating habits and following a fasting regime, you will not need those medications.
