SSKI looks like it raises body temp (yay)

Hi Trap,

I think the SSKI works better than iodine to raise the body temp.

Maybe the Barefoot herbs are contributing to that, but I think it is the two or three doses of SSKI that I am taking that is responsible for this.

Now and then I will still have a vampirish basal reading of 96 something, am I still alive at 96.1? haha...

But most of the time it is at least 97.7 or a little higher, the other day it was 98.6. I wanted to throw a party. I have always had a low temp and it runs in the family.

Loads of iodine didn't really seem to help as much, but 6-8 drops of the SSKI twice or 3 times a day might be the remedy. Plus a few drops of magnascemt. Maybe those herbs are helping also. I worry about the kidneys and all this iodine/iodide/SSKI so it feels good in my mind to take the kidney cleanse herbs.

It is weird because sometimes it is still low, like 97.1 right now after breakfast. But at least now and then I see a higher temp, gives me hope it may become permanent!
