If you are suffering from RA, then the whole problem is diet. Do a little research looking into Leaky Gut Syndrome. Most RA sufferers have an autoimmune system failure causing their immune system to attack joints. Diet is absolutely the key. It is best to fast as long as possible to give the intestines a chance to heal and gradually return to a very specific diet checking for signs that show a link to the disease. Raw vegetables is good but I would begin with a good 10-20 day juice fast. It sounds extreme but I went 29 days and all symptoms disappeared as soon as the cartilage healed. A regular fast is a good thing.
