Re: higher blood sugar level in the morning
What’s good to eat before bedtime, to keep glucose levels a bit stable over night (if glucose is normal/“close” at bedtime-I‘ll add)? …tryptophan, an amino acid that makes serotonin….Green beans for one… drop a little coconut oil in the Gbeans and watch the salt or no salt is better…hydration issue..with diabetes/salt (I use Redmond‘s real salt when I use salt)…most notable no salt the evening meal and at night/bedtime snack.
As we know …all to well…if we keep the process foods out of our mouth’s we do not have much of a issue with high numbers (unless we are ailing/sick with something else) but I/we all can not eat “maturely driven” (reality‘s walk we like our comfort foods )…so the green beans can help at night…but not much…if the diabetes control is seriously off.
We are a walking chemical plant too much/too little of something/s is a very hard job for a body’s workload for a healthy body with diabetes.
Here’s some deeper infor/sites on tryptophan/diabetes-greenbeans:

(edit) Off topic but in the site above...so will include this site (below-ForWhatIt'sWorth) is about the "water cure stuff" I haven't tried (i drink lots of dis-water) also have to include the salt in your food...don't see any thing major but would look more into word/s search "zeta water" to have a balance research on salt and salt's balance to health.
