I am new to the forum and thought that some of the members might be interested in pellet hormone replacement. I found a doctor in my area that does the bio-identical replacement method by pellets. I received my first insertion of the pellets on 1/16/2009. So far my flashes have reduced alot and I am sleeping better. I would recommend this procedure for other women.
