alopetia areata

Hi all, wonder if anyone out there has any natural cures that work for alopetia areata. Was diagnosed with this recently and its so worrying. The medication that is recommended clearly states that once you stop ...so will your hair stop growing so not much good really as its very strong and shouldnt be used indefinitely. If anyone out there has some really good tips that work..Id be sooo grateful as its making me very stressed out which I know doesnt help either...
