Rogaine (minoxidil) is a failed hypertension drug. It was found to increase hair growth in some individuals as a side effect. It did this by increasing circulation to the scalp. It is toxic, liver damage being one of the main side effects. You can massage your scalp to get the same results, and this is free and will not kill your liver.
