lots of help for the patient with myastenia gravis

I just sent a lot of info along on this illness to my brother in law to help someone he knew and if you send an email address I will be happy to forward it to people needing it. Just say can you sen the info you sent to martin when sending your email address (as some of it is attachments and cant be sent without email address)
