Ex cheilitis again

Hi Doc
Just wanted to ask you about exfoliative cheilitis again (crusting, dry, cracking and peeling lips)
You advised me to straighten, clean, and feed and get my upper neck checked out to check the nerve suppy. I was just wondering what sort of doctor or healer would be the best to check my neck? What exactly is 'squaring' the neck? I'm sure that if i went to my regular doctor he would just laugh at me if I asked him to square my neck!
