What is Wrong With Me?? Please Respond

Hi: I do not know what is wrong with me - over the last five months or so, I cannot control my urine - I am literally " peeing all over myself " until I can get to the bathroom - especially in the middle of the night, it takes me so long to stand and walk (because of auto accident in August) I am so stiff that by the time I get to the commode, I am literally having urine run down my legs and on the floor.

When I am out doing errands, even though I am not drinking and have probably had nothing but a cup of coffee all morning, by the time I get home I am doing all I can to keep myself DRY until I can get inside and get to the bathroom.

Inevitably, my underwear is always wet.

This is a relatively new phenomenon and I cannot understand why.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help.
