Thanks, I hate the way that doctors and the media are always spouting about watching for symptoms of cancer (prostate as well for men), but never give any positive suggestions for ways of preventing it. Sometimes on my darker days I would think of just doing away with myself before I developed breast cancer, (the doctors seem to think it was inevitable) and save myself a lot of pain, and my family a lot of worry, sadness and financial promblems. I don't ever have days like that anymore because I can do something about this problem, having a plan and taking personal responsibility is a wonderful anti-depressant :)
