Bad idea. Corona discharge air purifiers using room air produce nitrogen compounds commonly called NoX. These compounds include nitrous oxide and nitric acid. Not a great idea to have these compounds on your skin in a damp sauna since nitrous becomes nitric with addition of water. Nitric acid burns like crazy on the skin. An air fed water ozonator also cannot be used for a sauna for the same reason unless equipped with a very good air dryer. Oxygen fed ozonators are best to be used with a sauna.
