I agree that to much Sugar of any kind is bad.However that being said moderation in all things does work.An 8ozs glass of carrot juice is only 80-100 calories.If there is no issue with Sugar control as far as diabetis is concerned,juicing is not a problum.DR. mercola is a well respected man,and his book the no-grain diet was a bit extreme.Not to mention incredibaly boring!Do to the fact his website is very comersialised his positions are somewhat biassed.All dairy is bad except for the whey protein that his web site is selling at ridiculasly high prices.There is alot of debate on this subject in the raw and living foods community.With the continued rise in type 2 diabetis to epadimic status,makes this subject a bitter sweet one.Be wise be green be healthy!
