Thanks JAB. I wondered what everyone else was doing. I have been going for a few half-hour increments but am some getting Herx reactions, so I think I'll slow down a bit.

If you have lyme you probably should only use the machine weekly from what I've read. Wait until the herx is over. Wait a few more days and then do it again. Newport says differently.
