What's wrong with you? Why are you afraid to see the Doctor? What are you going to do wait til it becomes gangrene and then run to the doctor so they can lop it off?

No. Worse it can spell infection, Gangrene, loss of affected limbs or even death.
That's what happens when injuries are not properly treated.

Don't worry about money. Go to the ER if you are not insured.
