Thanks a lot, Andrea - that is some great information.

There is never a problem with posting a link to a webpage insofar as copyrights go.  Besides, I saw no copyright notice on the .pdf file that the link brings up.  In fact, I am going to promptly steal the information for my website.  And give proper referenc to the source of course.

I might note that all of the information on my website is freely posted and I do not care who wishes to use if, so long as they too give proper credit for the source.
