If you just want to juice vegaetables and grasses, I think either the Kempo or Hippocrates are the best buys. However, these aren't very good at fruit. Out of the twin gear juicers, I think the Twin Health probably is the best for fruit. Even though the Oscar VitalMax is a single gear juicer, I think it is an excellent alternative if you want to juice fruit, vegetables and grasses, and it's much cheaper.
