The supposed lung buildup from inhaling tobacco is not true, part of the agenda to wipe out tobacco smoking. (As they've already done with cannabis.)

Smoke from the tobacco leaf is organic and gets assimilated by the body, which is also organic. The best way to think about it is what happens when one inhales smoke or fumes from an inorganic substance. Because it is synthetic, the organic human body cannot get rid of it. The best example is the exhaust from a Car. Because it is a non-organic product the human body can not assimilate it. Years and years of breathing in this exhaust eventually causes Lung cancer. Not tobacco. Lung cancer is on the rise with smokers and non-smokers.

Its just a smoke screen about the ancient medicinal herb, tobacco.
