Nascar!!

i am like those nascar pits with my juicer! the juice goes down the hatch, i sit and absorb it into my body feeling it move into every cell, i thank the Creator for juice, then i am like a whirlwind - boom slap spray rinse -done. do it right after and don't think about, don't make it into a big thing in your head, just accept it like wiping your bum or something - you know its gotta be done!
