Re: Tincture question

well, it seems maybe that that is just letting you know it does not require refrigeration and it will keep indefinitely rather than mandatory. Still I would just keep it in the cupboard but be sure to label it and date it 5 years expiration date from straining on all tincture though they will likely be good for 100 years

this site which gives directions and info says this about his tonic "Make up plenty as it does not need refrigeration and lasts indefinitely without any special storage conditions."

here is a video of someone making the formula on youtube. I just mix mine all together in the vitamix rather than chopping each ingredients ads he does..the vinegar he is using is Bragg's which does contain the mother and is raw

I also saw this plague tonic of Dr Christopher's and info

http://www.herbsfirst.com/descriptionsformulas/supergarlicimmune.html

I also saw this cold and infection formula in Dr Christopher's book

6 parts garlic
6 parts rosehips
1 part parsley
1 part watercress
1 part rosemary

He say in his book on this formula that it "acts as an aid in relieving colds, etc or whenever garlic is needed to fight infections. The adult amount can vary from one to 6 or more cups in a day or two or more capsules 6 or more times a day taken with a up of steam distilled water" source book school of natural healing (Usual dose is 2 dropperfuls 3-6 times a day)
