Blocked nose and sore throat in the morning???

Well I've been on candida diet for 4 months, and I can say that I feel much better then when I started, I almost don't feel any bowel problems lately... but there is one thing that constantly bothers me, especially lately, and that is my throat, and my nose... Every morning I wake up I have sore throat and my nose is blocked... after few hours (around noon) it gets some better but still I have to clear my throat and my nose whole day, like million times... When I was at the doctor (3 months ago when he found me candida) he found that I have candida in my throat. And I don't have acid reflux, I know it can also cause that, so it's candida.
So can someone connect candida in my throat with these "morning" problems, do you know why is this caused, and give me some tips on how to fight with this.
