When you get finished with your other protocols, then start over with just the Moreless protocols.
Actually I want to tell you to just stop the other protocols, check your urine and saliva pH in the mornings, but I know you probably do not want to waste what you already spent good money on. That call is up to you. And since I have never tried your other protocols, I really can't say if they make you more acidic or drain you of more alkaline minerals. You would have to test your pH for a while to come to that conclusion.
One other thing I would like to suggest is to also check you urine an hour or two after every meal until you learn which foods seem to help raise your pH and which one lower it. Actually I'm glad that your pH is showing very low right now, that means if you start doing the right things it should raise it. Some people right off the bat may be showing high pH and are confused as to what this means. Many will think they are showing a healthy pH...but...if they are still in ill health and are showing a high pH they are not on the road to recovery.
Many times people get discouraged when they see their high pH dropping and think they are doing something wrong. What I have found is that it will drop for a while and in time slowly rise..if...you do the things that are correct in raising pH. Study diligently here in this forum using the search engines.
We have to watch each thing that goes into our body and what physical activities we do and what negative thoughts we may have that cause our bodies to become more acidic. This is a lifestyle of health. It's not something you just add to everything else you are doing, so please keep that in mind as you change to a more balanced pH lifestyle. :)
A refractometer is almost necessary to have on hand to test our "so called" healthy fruits and veggies. Perhaps in time your senses will be able to tell good food from poor food without the refractometer.
