WONDERFUL,
I am gonna be 43 this Friday and I was sort of worried about the weight loss making me look older too. It is good to know that may in fact not happen. My skin looks great now and eyes are bright bright. i hear some people go for like a week or so and see no loss of weight on a juice fast. Did you go through those plateau's at all? or was it pretty consistant. I am trying not to get to hung up on the weight but DANG! It is important to me, along with everything else. Shoot I feel as though I can't spell LOL. I don't think I am fireing on all cylinders.
