Excellent way to use pulp. I do the same thing and my plants love me for it. I also feed my Dal the pulp. She loves it. She's 16 years old, 4 years past her warranty as Dals live on average about 12 years. She's still limber and playful. We think it's the pulp. She's been eating it for more than 5 years now.
