My observation is that folks have had successes and failures both ways.

Seems to depend more on whether they are willing to continuously grow, adjust, learn that whether they start one way or the other???

No one can really take responsibility for anther's health. We must each make our own decisions, take the consequences, and hopefully, live to adjust and do better!
