Oh boy - more soy!

Oh boy - depending upon who sees your post you could open up a whole new can of worms debate!

I am no fan of soy and recommend avoiding as much as possible, except maybe fermented soy products such as miso, tempeh, natto and fermented soy sauce IF you can determine that they were organic and avoid the possibility of GMO soy (soy, corn and canola are three of the most common GMO crops in North America).

Having said that, I do take Lecithin myself because it, along with a mostly raw and mostly vegetable diet and exercise is can help reverse a fatty liver, which I have thanks to years of a less than perfect diet and having what I thought was way too much fun.  Can we say Stolichnaya and Crown Royal??

The best two forms I know of are:

Fearn Liquid Lecithin

A pure vegetable liquid lecithin which has not been bleached and costs $4.99 for a 16 ounce bottle at the source I linked to here.   You can also get some great coconut products there, including coconut flour you can substitute if you want to avoid wheat gluten.

and, even better still

Wilderness Family Naturals Organic Lecithin

Which uses a revolutionary process which does not utilize solvent or alcohol extraction and has been certified as organic, but is definitely pricier at $16.99 for the same 16 ounces.
