I really hate it when doctor's don't pay attention to symptoms, no matter how real they appear. They don't know, so they dismiss it. Sometimes leaving the patient with the feeling that's in all in their heads. It's not.
You need someone who will get to the source of the problem and lead you to true healing. Chances are you need to detox, change your diet and take the proper supplements. I would look up a naturopathic doctor who can get take your complete history and go from there.
Right now, to start, if you do not have a healthy diet, I would change that immediately, as a poor diet with your every day processed foods and chemicals is a big part of what promotes illness and debilitating conditions. Get rid of sugars, processed foods, junk foods, fast foods sodas (diet and regular), sweeteners and start on a natural diet. Eat mostly raw, say 80% raw, 20% cooked consisting of chicken and fresh water fish.

Of course, you need a good multivitamin-multimineral as a base.
Sutherlandia OPC strengthens the immune system and helps many conditions, some of which you may have going on. I would also recommend Sutherlandia OPC because of the mass on your ovary. If it is truly gone, Sutherlandia OPC works against irregular cell growth and will prevent it from coming back. If it is not gone, it will aid in shrinking to eliminating it.
