I realize half the country is buried under snow right now, but this video is too important to pass up. It came from David Wolfe's The Best Day Ever website. He's talking about the importance of going barefoot on the ground/Earth/planet every day in order to be grounded. Drs. Christopher and Schulze stressed this, and it's a part of the Incurables Program. This video provides a bit of real Science to back up the practice of getting outside and going barefoot every day (and also an interesting device for in the house).
David makes some statements about circadian rhythms near the end of the video that caught my attention. What if people who are seriously ill are staying in the house or a building all the time? And it's being proven that it is important to ground yourself every day, what does that say for wheelchair patients, who probably "never" touch the ground, and in addition, are surrounded by the metal from their wheelchairs? That might make an interesting research project for somebody....
