Colon cleanse alternatives?

Hello,

A few months back I was actively doing the protocol and I was indeed experiencing a lot of relief from my problems. However, I'm having a lot of money issues since there are literally no jobs in my local area and on top of that, I'm too sick to work anyways.

Since stopping the protocol (because of no money), many of my symptoms have come back with a strong vengeance, especially the head problems (severe pain in head, popping sensations, "organic" pain sensations, eye pains, floaters, etc.). Yesterday I woke up feeling like I was about to die and had to move around really slow the whole day. I haven't felt that way since before starting the protocol, months ago.

Anyways, for now I need to get back working on the colon again, which brings me to my question - what are some effective alternatives to the colon cleanses that you can purchase online and elsewhere? Are there any foods I can consume? Something I can drink? Something with enough strength to knock out that mucoid plaque.

Any ideas and suggestions are appreciated.
