You should get to a doctor.

Diagnosing over the internet is not recommended.

Your symptoms can be autoimmune, they can be mononucleosis, low grade strep, MRSA, and all of these can be dangerous.

Simple blood test will tell you most everything usually.

Once your doctor gives you a diagnosis,...then you should come back to curezone and seek the information for that diagnosis.
