There are no correct amounts, there are only individual decisions.
There is no real proof that what Jim Humbles says to take is safe for everyone
Since it isn't banned yet you have to decide yourself if what you are doing is wise
and it's best if you research it rather than believing what the salesman says.

I can only say look at the toxicity reports for the chemicals involved, but these are largely limited to animal tests and the "safe" limit is very close if not lower than Jim Humbles highest doses from what I made of them, which is just my interpretation, even so this is difficult to accurately translate to human use because nothing but anecdotal evidence exists and since it mostly comes from Jim Humble it is not too convincing since he is the so-called inventor and appears to be benefiting from the sales
