Barleans is an acceptable oil for the budwig plan. One of the few approved other than trader Joe's. The best is fresh cold pressed oil. Never buy bottles not in dark bottles and shipped. So buy local and refrigerated are the best. Also as another note, buy the smallest one you can find, as each time it is opened and exposed to the air it gets less potent.
