My experience

I was having an awful time with Mirena, so I got it out. That very day, my back ache was gone. It was almost like I had a belt on the whole time that was too tight, and immediately it was gone.

About 2 weeks after removal, I had the "crash". Basically, I felt worse than when I had Mirena in, but that went away after 2 days.

Tomorrow will be 8 months post removal, and I'm about 95% better. I still have some anxiety each month, and have had a little vertigo every couple of months, but I'm back to "feeling better". In fact, just last week I went 1150 feet underground in a cave to go see a waterfall. I NEVER would have done that 8 months ago. I would have panicked just thinking about it!!!! LOL

Good luck. Everyone goes through a different experience, but all that's important is that you start feeling better and more like yourself before the Mirena!!!
