Canker Sores from fasting. Help Please!

Any idea how to get rid of these fast? I'm doing The Master Cleanse and half my upper and bottom lip are all swollen and fat from huge canker sores. Same side too. I can't even talk right and I don't want to leave the house because it looks like I got punched in the mouth or I look like I got herpes from giving blowjobs.lol seriously I don't mean to be gross there but that's what I feel like people are going to think.

Any remedies to get rid of them faster besides the usual rinsing with salt water? I oil pull to keep it clean and "pull" any bacteria out of it and it does help but it's not healing them.
