I just saw your post and am surprised that you didn't get a response! So...I'll give it a try. Last month, my husband and I decided to try a strict vegan diet to see if it helped our blood Sugar (but that's a whole 'nother story). We discovered that most Chinese restaurants do offer up vegan entrees. What's good to try? Vegan Ma Po Do Fu, sauteed vegetables (green beans, eggplant, bok choy), soups that don't have meat or eggs. If you don't want to have a strict vegan diet, be sure that any chicken dishes are made with boneless, skinless, white-meat. Also, don't get any deep-fried dishes such as General Tso's chicken. Moo Shi Chicken is a good option---lots of stir-fried veggies, white-meat chicken, and some egg. A good appetizer is a steamed vegetable dumpling. Hope this helps!
