Re: side effect of mirena?

Hi, had mirena for 31/2 years and did have the problem of fainting. Do you get shakey and have any cold sweats. Mirena caused big problems with my blood Sugar levels, the symptoms I had were due to hypoglycemia or low blood sugar. There are many reasons why this can occur, estrogen dominance (also caused by mirena) weight gain and diet, (I craved carbs and Sugar while on mirena). Since removal all my symptoms have gone, and my blood Sugar is now stable, all be it at a lower level. If you haven't already done so , get the mirena out, the problems it causes only get worse with time. I believe I would be diabetic and on thyroid medication by now if it wasn't removed,
