My doc recommended I take Chlorophyll before and after work. I only have Chlorella on hand at the moment. It causes very painful reaction in me. Is there any point in my taking both charcoal and Chlorella?

If chlorella bothers you not taking it would make sense. (It may contain mercury but in this case the idea is to remove the large amounts of mercury you may swallow so its benefits may exceed its drawbacks). I believe there is some form of algin which may have a similiar effect.


And ho long before starting work should I take charcoal or Chlorella, or both? I will take it immediately after as well.

Since the idea is to remove any mercury that enters your gut it would be best to take immediately before and after.



Since he has no vent, is there any point in my covering my face with a light cloth while he's drilling? They do provide protective glasses for all work.

What good would that do? You will still be breathing the mercury vapors however I dont think it is that harmful but thats my opinion.
