The Braville is probably a high speed centrifuge juicer. I did not know about enzymes at the time of ordering it unfortunately. Perhaps a Green Star would be a good compromise.

It just seems to me that if I am going to do this , that I have to do it properly. It seems many people do not know about the enzymes. It is not something that comes up on this forum very often when juicers are discussed.
