Edited for the difference between anxiety and depression...

Anxiety, as I see it, is panic, fear, nervousness.

Depression, as I see it, is discouragement, a feeling of 'giving up' that saps motivation...hope.

I've been lucky enough to get hugs when I've been feeling low/depressed...a few times. I will never forget them.

They saved my bacon.

But these were long before Humaworm.

It's been a shock to recognize both anxiety and depression. I thought I was big and tough, and never feel depressed. ...Hah!

Then I did two footbaths, on consecutive evenings, and the following morning noticed, to my great surprise, that anxiety had vanished...apparently permanently.

The footbaths were in a one percent (1%) solution of Himalayan crystal mineral salts, as 'salty'-tasting as tears.

I had that box of mineral salts for about three years, before someone suggested I try the footbath, or a hand bath...for 'grounding'.

Edema on the tops of my feet diminished, too...dramatically.

I took a second full bath in it, night before last...and I'll be doing it regularly from now on. (1 kg or 2.2 pounds to the average bathtub. Start them melting earlier...they are slow.)

Mine came from the health food store. The distributor is...

Also, you can slow down, or even stop, Humaworm, anytime, if you feel the reactions are too strong for you...and slowly restart.

I am sorry you are having this reaction...no fun at all! But maybe it's a sign that you really needed it.

Draw back a little...maybe that's what your body is asking for.

And tell us, here, whenever you like...that's what we are here for, to comfort you.

Here's my hug.

Fledgling

The ways I have experienced are...

...The crystal mineral salts baths for anxiety, and general health improvements.

...'Recognition' of depression. I get some stiffness in the kidney/adrenal areas...forgetfulness...great lack of motivation...some loneliness, and so on. I get improvement when I recognize the symptoms, and when I stand back and look at the attitudes I prefer. What I am 'for', is far better than what I'm 'against'.

I am also getting to know when I should NOT post, or take steps. Changes are better made when I am clear.

If I am clear, and don't immediately see what is next to do, I start small with the closest small thing at hand that needs doing. For examples, I pick up a duster, or start a load of wash, or make a phone call (especially one that has needed doing for a while)...or I fetch a fresh glass of water to sip on.

I hope this editing helps.

F.
