My favorite salad is rocket with grapefruit wedges and pomegrante seeds. Topped with lemon and olive oil. Add in some cucumber slices. Top with salt and pepper.

Or romaine lettuce with cucumber and then make a guacomole up and dab it all over the salad. Top with olive oil and lemon.
