My Right Ear is Sick - Please Advise

Perhaps you can tell me what the problem is and what I should do.

My right ear has been constantly (all day long) been making these noises that sound like wind blowing in the trees - remember when you would occasionally get water in your ear when swimming and your ear/ears kept making this noise liike "woooof - woooof" and I also feel a reverbiration when it comes.

What the heck is it - this has been going on non-stop for several weeks - I did put in a big dropperful of colloidal silver the other day - it stopped the noise for a while but it came back the next day.
