I think the chemtrails are related to HAARP. Some chemtrails are aluminum coated fiberglass particles. Aluminum to act as an antenna to focus microwave signals coming from HAARP, and fiberglass to lighten the particles to make them float in the air longer. Focusing microwaves in this way could be for mind control, or weather manipulation, or simply destroying the health of the population such as Newport suggested with the increasing lyme spirochetes.
