rice milk

I was confused as to whether I cook the rice first, and then soak it in water, etc.
Secondly, I was wondering for those of us who don't own a food mill, can a blender or
a food processor work?

or if anyone knows of an easier NT-related recipe I can use for rice milk, please let me know.

also, does anyone know how much rice milk will get produced - I need to make some rice pudding after the rice milk is done.
