Rash...on butt check..

..just above where they meet...10 year old...he says it only really itches in the shower and maybe at other times about once a day....it is reddish and gets crusty...almost seems like the Athletes foot i used to get in High School from gym shower..seems like Ringworm or maybe yeast(fungal) to me...are rashes like this common in kids in this area of the body???
