I don't think I could recommend a recipe---but I can recommend a book which does have some recipes in it for Ulcerative Colitis, 3 in fact.

One thing it says is it's a serious condition---not my place to suggest something---I'll rely on the published work.

"The Complete Book of Juicing" by Michael T. Murray, N.D.

I'm sure there are plenty of good books out there, this is just one I happened to buy, but I'm very pleased with it.

I'd just go to your local big bookstore, find the book, and look in the book's index for Ulcerative Colitis.

I'm new to this myself, but totally sold on it.

I hope the juicing path takes you to the road of wellness.
