i do this:

find some clean wild grass and cut it before it gets tall.

take it to the vita mixer and add distilled water and turn to liquid. strain through a nylon strainer and drink only the deep green water. \

do the above within 7 minutes of picking..

the best m.d. into cancer cures, tested all the grasses and quack grass had the most ability to "alkalize ya".

can some grasses hurt you???? folks, i have zero clue! i have read some authors suggets grass is the universal food on earth for all, not one person should ever starve as long as they can eat grass.

i have no experience past the grass i have drank, so if your going to drink your grass, you better sip a little and make sure it is just plain grass an not some toxic plant. use caution with unknown species.
