It is extremely common for everything to be red after juicing beets. In fact, many people use beets to see what their transit time is - in other words, if someone wants to see how long they are retaining their food in their intestines, they juice up some beets, then wait to see how long before the red comes out in their stool. Not to worry - what goes in, must come out and in this case, it's usually bright red.
