Credit Card Debt - Sin number one

I find that so many people are loosing their homes due to the fact of refinancing their homes to pay off their credit cards. Does this make sense. Why would anyone put their home in jeopardy? In Islam we do not have any interest bearing accounts as it is an absolute waste of money. Check your statement to see how much is actually being paid on your balance.

today's society is shopaholoics and we need to be saveaholics. I moved into this home with my water heater from the other home and it is so broken. I have had it repaired twice now and it is still broken, if I was in America, the trend would be to just go get a new one on credit. Here we save until we can afford one.

If everyone lived within their budget the American Family would be better off but the economy would be in shambles as it depends on credit. Look at every store you go to, they all accept Visa, MC and American Express. Does anyone ever state that they accept cash?
