Any legit 'itworkspaste' cases out there?

I have been doing my research and the more reviews on forums I read the more I think the reviews are marketing. It's rediculous how little product you get for you $70. It only gives enough for two large moles.
Has anyone here used this 'itworkspaste' to remove moles etc?
I have decided I am not going to try bloodroot.
